Floorworks Ltd. has been involved in the installation, repair and refinishing of wood floors since the 1970's. In addition to  home and apartment owners and renters our customer base consists of architectural firms, real estate firms, management companies, interior designers, and general contractors.

Our main work areas cover the New York, New Jersey and Connecticut areas. However, on occasion we are requested by our clients to travel to different sites throughout the United States. We hope this is due to the respect, quality of workmanship and comfort level that exists between our company and our clients.

          Custom designs on different patterns
          Custom designs using different wood species, such as oak, ash, walnut, cherry, mahogany, teak and pine

Waxing and Polishing

    Our trained crews are totally capable of cleaning, waxing and machine buffing all types of wood flooring. This can be done in both occupied and empty apartments. Our estimators are happy to give you the best possible answers for all your flooring needs.

Staining and Refinishing

    Our trained and professional crews can scrape, seal, stain and wax or polyurethane any and all wood type floors using a myriad of finishes, such as...

• Oil Polyurethane
• Water based Polyurethane
• Moisture cured urethane

    Scraping, bleaching, pickling of wood floors (i.e. shades of white, beige or gray) can also be accomplished after a visit by our experienced estimators.

Repair and Replacement

    We can also perform all types of repair and/or full replacement of wood floor as necessary. This would include parquet, strip or specialty type of flooring. Our professional and courteous staff would estimate all of these services at your request.
